  • Customer satisfaction is our goal.  Product performance of all Eufora products is guaranteed when Eufora products are purchased through www.eufora.net only. We do not refund products that have been purchased from an unauthorized seller such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Sleekhair.com, etc. Eufora cannot guarantee authenticity or performance of products purchased through unauthorized sellers.
  • Customers may receive a refund for any Eufora product that does not meet their performance expectation, if the product was purchased through www.eufora.net. Product purchased from a Eufora salon may be eligible for return or exchange at the salon where the purchase was made. 
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product back to Eufora. If you would like a pre-paid return label this amount will be deducted from the refund. 
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be in the original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product in the bottle.
  • With proof of purchase, customers can return the product to Eufora within 30 calendar days from the date of order simply CONTACT US via email at customerservice@eufora.net.  
  • Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will inspect shipment contents and notify you regarding status of your refund.
  • We will then initiate a refund to your credit card. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund. It may take several days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
