We do not refund products that have been purchased from an unauthorized seller such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Sleekhair.com, etc. Eufora cannot guarantee performance of products purchased through unauthorized sellers.

Customers may receive a refund for any Eufora product that does not meet their performance expectation, if the product was purchased through www.eufora.net.

If you purchased redo at checkout they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own return label through the return portal.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the original packaging and contain at least 50% of the product in the bottle.

Customers can return the product to Eufora within 30 calendar days from the date of order. To start a return, please go to our return portal here.

Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will inspect shipment contents and notify you regarding status of your refund.

We will then initiate a refund to your credit card. It may take several days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
