How to Use

Apply to damp hair. Gently work through with fingers forming curl or wave pattern. Scrunch lightly. Air dry or diffuse.

Coils often need extra frizz control and a medium to strong hold. Apply generous amounts of Forming Cream on damp hair to create shape, twist out, and define the coils.

Love the product/not a fan of the customer service
I've been using this product for about five years and absolutely love it—it's my holy grail for curls. However, my recent experience with customer service has me reconsidering.
Over the past six months, this product has often been sold out, which I understand given current supply issues. But when I placed my most recent order, it wasn’t marked as out of stock. I waited two weeks with no update, only to find out—after I emailed customer service—that it had been sold out and was just now shipping.
What’s frustrating is that no one informed me of the delay until I reached out. I even followed up again with no response. At this price point, better communication is expected. I’ve justified the cost because the product works so well, but waiting 3–4 weeks without updates makes me question if it’s still worth it.

The best
I’ve used this product for 13 plus years. I have natural curly hair that needs definition so it doesn’t look frizzy.. This product is light enough but yet strong enough not to leave build up. I’ve tried others and they seem to make my hair feel like straw. I would highly recommend this product.
