Doesn’t work
I have used Eufora products for a few years now and I have loved them all. Until now. I purchased this and retain to protect my hair during the blow dry and heat style processes. This made my hair frizzy and dried out/fried looking. Retain was not good either, my hair literally fried when applying heat to it. I would not recommend Eufora thermal products. The return policy is awful as well. You are charged to have the item shipped to you and then you pay to ship it back. Huge waste of money when a product doesn’t work. Their website says they will make it right if you’re not completely satisfied, but when you’re out $20+ dollars in shipping there’s nothing making that right. Better off shopping in store for products such as these with a fair return policy.
